Bay Armor, Beach Armor, Water Armor , Aqua-Duros , Bart’s Bay Boots and Bart’s Beach Boots , gravel guards (henceforth: Our Boots) are highly puncture-resistant as well as highly cut-resistant. Our products are not 100% Puncture-proof and are not 100% cut-proof. Nothing is 100% proof under all conditions. While our boots provide the best protection available, wear Our Boots with caution, while they provide extreme resistance to punctures and cuts while wading in water as advertised, objects could penetrate them at any given time or situation. Be aware that there could be sharp and pointy objects, which, under the right circumstances, could penetrate Our Boots. There may also be large and aggressive animals or pointy plants and other things that could penetrate Our Boots in any given situation.
Our Boots are suitable for outdoor use wade fishing, beach wading, water sports, board sports, swimming, boating and on soft ground. They are highly protective – not proof – against punctures and cuts potentially caused by sea animals such as fish, crabs, oysters, urchins to a limited extent, etc. They also highly protect – not proof – against punctures and cuts from shells, corals, stones, glass and fishing gear.
Our Boots are protective against potential dangers for your feet and lower leg. Beware of dangers in the water and ALWAYS shuffle your feet when wading in water. Beware of any dangers on the surface you are walking. Our Boots will wear out over time and have a certain lifetime depending on regularity of usage. Our Boots can develop weak spots from wear and over time and these areas can fail.
In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our Boots.
No claims, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are made by our company as to the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of Our Boots. Furthermore, our company accepts no liability for the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our companies’ products.
Our Boots are meant to be worn in the water and are not suitable for tarmac roads, asphalt, rocky paths, mountain climbing, hiking or lengthy walking in abrasive environments. All these may decrease durability of the product significantly. Not intended for use as snake boots.
